TruComplete plan is different from TruMaintenance and TruHealth because it has more services included. It is also different than TruNatural; where TruNatural is a natural product-based service.

TruGreen's 'TruComplete plan is a complete package of handling various issues of lawn in a single subscription. In the 'TruComplete' plan, the following services are included throughout the year for your lawn grass treatment and maintenance- 

Weed Control

In this service, workers try to prevent the early weeds in the affected areas so that they will not invade your lawn easily in the future. 

Fertilization

In the 'TruComplete' plan, they use slow-release formulae at certain times of the year so that lawn grass can get proper feed and boost its growth. 

Tailored Lawn Treatment

This lawn service is based on specific lawn needs such as grub controlling, soil acidity neutralization, and ultimately balancing the soil pH in the entire lawn. 

Aeration and Overseeding

This service includes the removal of small plugs when they reseed the thin areas. In future weeks, these plugs get to break down and become thicker after feeding the lawn. Thus overall lawns become healthier after these services.

What does TruGreen promise you?

TruGreen promises a scientific approach while examining your lawn conditions and its treatment as well. They claim to offer certain plans according to the lawn need based on their scientific lawn testing. Specific lawn care programs like 'TruComplte', suggest it when lawn condition is very poor and requirements are high. 

TruGreen promises you guaranteed results(according to their website) through their professional lawn care workers.

  • The company promises to give a doorstep progress report after every inspection. 

Criticism of TruComplete

  • In their TruComplete plan, there is no specific weed mention like clover, dandelion, thistle, chickweeds, etc. 
  • People's experience is not so great because some of them claimed a decent number that their lawn didn't improve much and the so-called approach of handling a lawn is not that satisfactory.
  • People often say that the TruComplete plan is very costly than other lawn care companies. 
  • Based on some CCTV footage, people claimed that sometimes TruGreen staff become careless in absense of the owner.
